Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] wide changes to the H248 dissector please test

As per the subject,

I just checked in deep changes to the H248 dissector (the way Packages
are managed has changed).

So if you have H248 captures available please test the dissector
against them. Specifically you should look for mis-dissected package
values.
