WildPackets has EtherPeek VX which I hope can provide some better analysis
than what the RTP analysis of Ethereal currently performs.  It can do MOS
and R-value calculations over time.  You can also manipulate the jitter
buffer to evaluate voice quality.

Just out of curiosity: What is better in other protocol analyzers that
you prefer them?
