Hi Pascal,

Thanks for your quick response. But unfortunately I have tried it multiple
times (within the last days) and I always get the same result. My file has
5532 bytes and the md5 sum is db660e44172d892fe8a82c96e7eead81. Could
someone confirm this?

The file should have 125210 bytes (md5: e20bed515f11e4f24275208d1d718fc9).
You can manually download from http://anonsvn.wireshark.org/wireshark-win32-libs/tags/2012-05-30/packages/c-ares-1.7.1-win32ws.zip
