I successfully use it fine with either 2008EE or 2010EE. It's under Tools ->
Attach to Process ... (Ctrl+Alt+P), for both.

I'm running with 2010EE Service Pack 1 (KB983509).  Maybe you're running w/out
the service pack and that's the reason??? Here is some additional information
from my installation:

Microsoft Visual Studio 2010
Version 10.0.40219.1 SP1Rel
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.0.30319 SP1Rel

Installed Version: VC Express

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010   xxxxx-xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxx <= redacted

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express - ENU Service Pack 1 (KB983509)   KB983509
This service pack is for Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Express - ENU.
If you later install a more recent service pack, this service pack will be
uninstalled automatically.
