You undoubtedly know this, but just for the record:

Handling of 2 byte attributes was added to development Wireshark during January
2009; 

This capability was released as part of Wireshark 1.2.0 in June 2009.

(The comment in radius/dictionary is now incorrect. I'll submit a correction).
