Hi Anders,

I performed the following:

nmake -f Makefile.nmake clean
nmake -f Makefile.nmake distclean
nmake -f Makefile.nmake clean_setup
nmake -f Makefile.nmake setup
nmake -f Makefile.nmake all

but with the same result as before. ;(
No luck.
