Hi Vaibhav,
I had the same issue then I put the libgtk-0.dll in the folder where the .exe file is situated.You can found it under ..\wireshark-win32-libs\gtk+\lib\.

Re-installing the application may fix this problem".
But the original exe those comes with setup it works fine.
