epan/Makefile.am has:

But, @INET_PTON_LO@ and @INET_NTOP_LO@ get linked into some binaries
in the toplevel Makefile.am. Moreover, inet_pton.c and inet_ntop.c are
in the toplevel, so how is epan/Makefile.am ever suppose to find them?
