Go to http://software.hp.com and enter "wireshark" in the search field. The A.09.00 "Internet Express" bundle contains Wireshark and many other open-source software products for 11i v1 (11.11), 11i v2 (11.23), and 11i v3 (11.31). If you wish to capture packets on the HP-UX host, you'll also need Libpcap.
