I have done some regression tests with my
CMS, X509*, X411, X420, S4406, DAP, DISP, DOP, LDAP and RTSE captures.
No discernable problems.

Hi,
asn1_ctx_t has been introduced in more BER functions
as this affects many dissectors something may have
been broken. If you have BER encoded traces please do
some regression tests.
