The changes in config.nmake are looking a bit odd.

What is PORTAUDIO_API_CONFIG and how to use it. Please don't explain it 
here, add a comment in the file.

Was it intentional to enable:

PORTAUDIO_DIR=$(WIRESHARK_LIBS)\portaudio_v18_1

by default?
