 As suggested by Joerg a while back, get rid of FAQ in the build directory.
 Copy help/faq.txt to FAQ in the NSIS and zip packages.
 
 Add "help" to the dependency list for "all". Fix a couple of minor bugs
 in the top-level Makfile.nmake.
