 Declare next_tvb volatile.  This prevents the warning:
 
     packet-infiniband.c:806: warning: variable 'next_tvb' might be clobbered by `longjmp' or `vfork'
 
 seen with gcc 3.4.6 (building for 32-bits on a pentium 4).
