When the non-PortableApps version of Wireshark is installed, it removes the old
plugins directory.

When the PortableApps version of Wireshark is installed it creates a new
plugins directory, but it does not delete the old plugins directories. This
leaves a growing number of unused directories behind taking up space on the
removable drive, unless one periodically cleans out the old directories
manually, especially for those of us who upgrade to the latest development
version nightly.

It would be a nice enhancement to have the PortableApps installer clean out the
old plugins directories when a new version is installed.
