Michał doesn't change bluetooth dissectors from built-in to plugin. 
Bluetooth dissectors are still compiled as part of libwireshark, but it's
*also* possible to build plugin if you run make bluetooth-plugins (or run make
from bluetooth directory).

But! This plugin won't work, cause wireshark will abort when it will find
duplicated protocol. At least I believe it's how wireshark work.
I haven't tried it (yet).

I'm not entirely sure what Makefile in attachment #8960 do ;-)
Anyway it should use autotools and libtool, not be hand crafted Makefile.
