The KISS protocol patch handles all the known KISS messages.

Currently known captures not handled:
    AX.25 over UDP
    AX.25 over TCP

In hindsight it would have been better to have LINKTYPE_KISS/DLT_KISS as KISS
is the protocol used to communicate with "intelligent" AX.25 packet modems.
