Just thought I'd double-check. I assume this issue is similar to bugs 3405 and
6126 in that it requires the IEEE-1588 spec (which isn't free and can't be
posted here) to implement a fix. I'm guessing there hasn't been a Wireshark
developer with access to the spec, which is why these issues haven't been
fixed. However, volunteers are always welcome!
