Different SVN branches, it was commited to 'trunk' which is current development
version of wireshark, and it'll be released later as 1.8.0
1.4.x, 1.6.x versions has got own branches.

Where do you see it? Can you provide patch?

Or might not. I'm conservative about backporting changes :-)
1. It can break some user experience (like filters, parsers, etc).
2. To backport this patch someone should remove 'cleanup' part, and do only
fix.
