Dear all,

recently, I played with a range_string and saw mysterious crashes when it was
used in an hf variable. It turned out that I set BASE_HEX and did not or it
with BASE_RANGE_STRING. My understanding from epan/protocol.h is that this is
generally required.

------
/* Following constants have to be ORed with a base_display_e when dissector
 * want to use specials MACROs (for the moment, only RVALS) for a
 * header_field_info */
#define BASE_RANGE_STRING 0x10
------

The attached patch corrects hf definitions in the code that use RVALS() but
have no BASE_RANGE_STRING. Please merge it if you agree that this should be
fixed.

Best regards,

   Martin
