Searching should be much more complete now. It looks like the "search" method
wasn't looking in answers: http://jira.osqa.net/browse/OSQA-573. Applying the
fix described in OSQA-573 gives much more Google-like results.
OSQA will probably never return the *exact* same results as Google since it's
searching individual text fields in a database whereas Google is looking at
generated web pages.
