Same capture, but with the UTF-8 BOM removed
The offending capture file begins with a UTF-8 Byte Order Mark, so Wireshark
doesn't recognize it as a Catapult file.
The Wikipedia page on the Byte Order Mark:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Byte_order_mark
says "Some common programs from Microsoft, such as Notepad and Visual C++,[6]
add BOMs to UTF-8 files by default.", so perhaps that's what happened here.
