Shows the drawing error in the filter expression window.

Version 1.7.2-SVN-42239 (SVN Rev 42239 from /trunk)

In the filter expression windows, the filter expression field name text draws
outside of the expected bounds under Mac OS X 10.7.3 (Lion).
I have not tested under other versions of Mac OS X.
Text becomes visible in the relation area and the value (protocol) and
predefined values areas.
