No. This is intended.
RTP packets will always be shown as a single item (arrow) per stream, with the
item appearing at the time of the first RTP packet of that stream. Fortunately,
because there could be thousands of them!
Additional RTP items, i think, will be shown, when the payload changes, e.g.
rtp-event digits or after ReINVITEs.
Note that the RTP items are drawn with a thicker arrow line.

Please be carefull about any modifications and be sure to well understand the
functionality. VoIP Graph Analysis is a heavily used feature in the Wireshark
user community.
