This patch adds support for the DVB Bouquet Association Table (BAT) from ETSI
EN 300 468.
With this last patch, the support for the DVB SI table is quite complete.
I couldn't find any usage of the other tables defined in that spec.
This should resolve bug #4848 :)
Not all descriptors are implemented but I've coded the ones I've found in
various capture/sources I have at my disposal. I think the ones that I've left
out are very rare if not used at all.
Regarding replacing case values with marcos, I've tried it and I don't like it
since it makes the code less readable and doesn't help if you want to keep
everything ordered properly.
