The "Start Monitor" always appears at the start of the trace. I am not sure
what the "V0208".
The analyser does have its own "Call" column, which I did not include in the
traces (although I could redo them if you want). This is just simply a counter
that ties up (presumably based on the Call Ref value) each message in the call.
It just starts counting from 1 for the first call SETUP it sees in the trace.
