It turned out to be a bit more work to find old sample capture files in
suitable format than I had hoped for.. I did find an example wlancap capture
file and that did open up correctly with the change in (i.e., code in
packet-ieee80211-wlancap.c). I don't think I have enough interest to continue
trying to find more ancient examples, so I would be in favor of just checking
this in. We can certainly fix things if anything went wrong, but I think that
based on the wlancap test, this is likely to be fine for radio and prism parts,
too.
