In the past, there have been several additions to the GSMTAP protocol format
definition inside wireshark which have not been approved by the GSMTAP
maintainer.
This has led to format incompatibilities that are hard to resolve.
See Bug #6103 as an example.
In order to ensure one consistent GSMTAP definition, some comments are added to
the code in order to make sure modifications are first merged in the GSMTAP
mainline header file, and then propagated to wireshark.
