small patch removing version info from window title

Wireshark's default window title is "The Wireshark Network Analyzer
[Wireshark 1.6.2 ]". This title is long and distracting. Version
information can be found in Help -> About Wireshark and is superfluous
in the window title.
Note that except for contextual information, software usually just puts
the software name in the window title. For Wireshark, that would be
"Wireshark".
I provide two patches for
1. removing the version
2. showing only "Wireshark"
Please comment, I did not want to just go ahead and commit it.
