The current functionality is to force the user to pick another filename.  If
"captured packets" are already saved, isn't this essentially a "no-op", so
should the warning be removed and just internally not do anything?  If "Save
As" is used to break up the file based on different display filters, this can
already be acheived because writing displayed packets is treated differently
than captured packets.
