No, that's not why it's looping that many times.  No comparison is made against
the subquery_count that I can see.

Looking again, I'm almost certain it's got to be because of the recursion going
on at the end of the SQ_TYPE_COMPLEX case where spotlight_dissect_query_loop()
calls itself.
