IGMP COL_INFO and COL_PROTOCOL fixes and improvements

Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

The information displayed in COL_INFO for an IGMPv2 Leave specific to a
multicast group, is bogus. It currently says "Leave / Join group X" even though
the message has not this semantic. The bug was introduced by myself, by the
way... ;)
The attached patch corrects this mistake and slightly modifies how other things
are presented in COL_INFO and COL_PROTOCOL.
