Dear all,
the attached patch implements the content control resource from the CI+
specification 1.2.
(Content control is the main function of CI+, this submission is just the 1st
step. There's more interesting things such as X.509 certificates and encrypted
messages. I'll submit separate patches for those.)
I'll attach some test messages for fuzz-testing, as usual.
