The infrastructure to use the same time format as used in the time coulmn is in
place as of revision 39086. What remains is the GTK stuff to make the Graph
window behave nicely when the time format is different from seconds since start
of capture. Is I don't know when and if I'll have the time to get back to this
I'm putting this note here.

is related to this one. There is also bug reports about reformating the window.
