RFC 6275 Mobility Support in IPV6 adds a Flag Bit "Router Address(R)" on Prefix
Information Option of Router Advertisement icmpv6 packet.
See RFC 6275 section 7.2 (page 65).
This flag is currently not decoded, it is shown in the "Reserved" part.
