How did bug 3760 get marked as a duplicate to this bug? For one, an older bug
shouldn't be duped to a newer one, and more importantly, the issue described in
that bug was never resolved and isn't the same issue that's being discussed
here.
Guy, the new installer script does not "[set] up the ChmodBPF script
correctly," because StartupItems have been deprecated for years, at least since
2009, and probably before. No matter how you install the script, it's being
installed incorrectly.
