Yes please decode as CFlow for the dst port 9995 .
Also this problem is intermittent , in the sense for the same capture it works
sometimes , and most of the time it shows 'template not found'.
If you could see the cflow record in this dump, please try couple of times to
re-poen the file in wireshare to hit the problem
