Building on the work for bug 6312. It would be helpful to add extra information
to the "Info" column for each packet when dealing h239 packets.
Currently the display is "genericRequest". If this could be "genericRequest
subMessageIdentifier=presentationTokenRequest" etc it would save users having
to expand the H.245 tree down several levels to get to the important
information.
Patch for this to follow.
