Happened again on September 2, 2011 on the 2300 file.
It might be worth noting that we run multiple instances of tshark at the same
time. The below example of vcs0 is just 1 of 10 recordings that are happening
simultaneously. On Sept. 2, all tshark instances stopped creating new files
hourly.
The other computers that are running the same recordings did not have this
issue. It seems to be unrelated to what time of day; rather something that
happens on a per machine basis.
