If the intent of the conv, taps in TShark (tap-iousers.c) is to replicate the
conv, taps in Wireshark (gtk/conversation_*.c), then it might be a Good Thing
to share as much code between the TShark and Wireshark taps as possible.
However, it appears that the TShark taps don't have as many columns as the
corresponding Wireshark taps (at least not in the case of the IPv4 tap). I'm
not sure whether that's A Bug or A Feature.
