Wireshark currently has 3 different crc calculation routines for SCTP:

- epan/dissectors/packet-sctp.c:sctp_crc32c()
- gtk/text_import.c:write_current_packet()
- text2pcap.c:write_current_packet()

These should all use common routines defined in wsutil/crc32.[ch]
