Everything in the preferences is a part of the profile, so configured TCP/UDP
ports for certain protocols will/may change when changing profile. That's why
I also want this feature to be a part of the profile. You may want different
settings for different types of traffic, so changing profile is the easy way of
changing configuration.
It's just a matter of changing where to fetch the configuration from (in
get_persconffile_path()), and re-read configuration when changing profile (in
change_configuration_profile()).
