Yes I think so. The user can use several different configuration profiles.
Have a look in Edit -> Configuration Profiles, or in the lower right corner of
Wireshark.
I think the decode-as configuration should be saved in the profiles, so when
the user changes profile this configuration is changed according to the
profile. This is what the profiles is used for; different decoding
configurations.
We also have a small usability issue; pressing Clear in the "User Specified
Decodes" closes the window with no option to save. The user should be able to
save the cleared list.
