I (try to) do ;-)

As you point out a less than perfect work flow that creates quite a few bug
mails as well. But the point is that currently we can't handle
"Patch reviewed and OK, ready for checkin", if "+" is set the patch may
dissepear from the radar and get lost.

It would also be great if one could set + flag and Status resolved in one
action with one mail beeing generated with multiple patches I suppose all
should be + marked.
