Title fixed to describe what the real problem is; it's a problem reading the
capture file that dumpcap writes during a live capture, which is *NOT* a
compressed file, and is *NOT* a problem caused by network data being
compressed.

Wireshark 1.6.0 and later don't use the troublesome gz* routines to read
capture files, so they're no longer troubled by those routines, so these
problems shouldn't happen. Closing the bug; if 1.6.0 or later still exhibits
the problem, please reopen. (Life's too short for me to spend any more of it
caring about making the gz* routines work; I am *so* glad to see the last of
them. 1.2.x is no longer supported, so anybody who cares about it will have to
fix the problem themselves; 1.4.x is still supported, but not as vigorously as
1.6.x, so the chances that it'll be fixed for 1.4.x are probably pretty slim.)
