this was a much request feature during the Sharkfest 2011 developer discussion.
Even though you can always start wireshark with a different timezone from the
command line, it is sometimes not obvious what to supply as a time zone when
you want to match up multiple capture files. Being able to interactively change
the time displayed in Wireshark is a great help.
