On all my computers, the current time is displayed on the taskbar. :)

As Michael mentioned, you can just change your time display format if you want
to know the time the last packet was captured.  Actually, you don't even have
to change the default time display; you can add another column for absolute
time right alongside the relative time.  I often run Wireshark with 3 different
time columns: absolute time, time relative and delta time displayed.
