I agree "GUI not enabled" is more helpful than "Does not work on TShark"
(because of the reminder to `gui_enabled()` as you mentioned). I had kept the
original message only to minimize my changes, but I'm all for it.
And I personally prefer the current fail-fast behavior wrt Lua GUI calls in
TShark. It throws the problem into the open, making it more likely for the Lua
to be fixed.
