Hello wireshark team,

my DVB-CI dissector throws an exception for each close_session_request apdu.
The attached one-line patch fixes this by setting the correct offset.

Could you please apply this to trunk and 1.6.0 release branch?

I'll attach a simple pcap with two close_session_requests so you can see the
difference.
