sample cap file that reads in netmon but not wireshark

1_0_rel0b (20091008), GnuTLS 2.8.5, Gcrypt 1.4.5, without AirPcap.

Opening a cap file with a type 8 frame causes wireshark to give a "netmon:
network type 8 unknown or unsupported"
