OK.
The problem is related to the fact that we need to change some of the
infrastructure and
during the transition not everything might work perfectly. One one these things
was
starting with command line arguments and then using the GUI to change them.
I have committed a fix for your issue in r37345. Please retest and let me know.
These kind of problems with disappear once the transition is completed. We will
work
on this as the next step.
